Before rebuilding projects can be approved or implemented, they must be planned. Every year the graduate students at The University of Oklahoma-Tulsa, Urban Design Studio work on a study or project designed to help the Tulsa area. You’ll recall our coverage (April 2004) of their three-dimensional model of downtown Tulsa and how it would look when the arena (BOK Center) is expected to be complete.
